Located at Semenyih masterplan. A Balinese inspired private residential that combined 2 families with a common space for gathering and celebration. The project started off as 2 plot of land located at setia eco hill. The client and his son wishes to stay close to each other and decided to buy 2 plot of land side by side. The client brief require a common space where 2 family can gather around and at the same time has absolute privacy on daily day life.

Based on client brief and with our passion, the concept resort theme came into light. A common space between 2 plots of land works perfectly for families to gather around and it works exactly like the resort common space. A long swimming pool act like an entrance statement as you enter into the compound and a feature wall that screen off from the  car porch . Work like a mystery and surprise journey as you enter into the common space similar with resort drop off area.

As you enter into the compound, the bridge that connects between two units work perfectly as a distribution point to their own private resident.
